Best Western Premier Route 97 Vernon

Was great customer service, found room for us when our other hotel gave away our room. Best western premiere came threw providing the correct room at a less costly price then previous hotel. Rooms were beautiful, quiet, clean staff was really something special ial. This will be or verno go to every trip work or play. Strongly suggest this hotel. Parking was awesome for our stock trailer!

Very friendly front staff. The rooms are spacious modern & clean. The only negative is that parking for larger size vehicles the parking is a bit limited. Great location close to grocery stores & restaurants.

Booked this hotel as part of a stop over on a road trip from Vancouver to Banff. It’s a good halfway location and the hotel seems new and nice. They are dog friendly which is why we booked. The room feels nice and updated. I did notice that there was no alarm clock in the room, which that was a hotel first for me and our room didn’t come with an ice bag. Not sure if the room I was in was just missing it, or, they just didn’t put them in the rooms.

One of the nicest BW Premiers ever! Lobby and main ground offer superior heights. One of the elevators’ interior walls would make some other hotels blush. Renovated bedrooms, 2 bedrooms quite spacious with sofa bed couch, and great view with both privacy shades and black out curtains, that’s a bonus. Washroom space well-utilized, plus thoughtfully designed that privacy wall to block the toilet view from the sink, anything that helps ;). More homes should also offer this too, as well as other hotels. Nice branded Pharmacopia shampoo/conditioner too. Ample working office desk space and easy to use TV. Some remotes just aren’t as user-friendly, I’ve stayed enough to know lol A few working EV Level 2 chargers. Good central area, will need a car compared to downtown.

Overall, a very nice place to stay. The hotel felt friendly, welcoming, and clean when we first arrived, and the staff at the front desk were polite and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. My only complaint is that the room was not cleaned properly the next day, which was a bit disappointing. I did mention this to the front desk, and they handled it well, so I appreciated that. Still, a good choice in Vernon with a nice atmosphere just wish the housekeeping was a little more consistent.

I was happy to see grab bars at the bathtub. It made it easier for my elderly father to take a shower. The pool area is a good feature with a large hot tub. I wished the hot tub was slightly hotter but most people probably like the temperature.

Best hotel I've been to within Canada. Very modern as it was built after 2020, spacious rooms, bathrooms and hallways. Technology was advanced, namely the TV and lights. Was provided with well maintained bathroom supplies. The parking lot was large and spacious, and there was food almost short drive away. Overall a well-priced, brilliant experience.

Easy to get to, not too far into the city. Room was as described. No complimentary breakfast . Was able to check in later in the evening. The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable,so took the mattress and placed it on the floor for better comfort.
